"Magdalena is a patient and encouraging coach and her great humour helped to lighten what could have been a trying process. Her sympathetic but non-emotional attitude allowed me to look at areas I found difficult to deal with. Magdalena is a non-critical, excellent listener and a kind person."

We spend our lives trying to be happy, but far too often, we don't actually stop and ask ourselves what exactly we mean by 'happiness'.

CASE STUDY: C was a self employed IT consultant who had problems with keeping his office tidy and dealing with up to date payment of bills, filing documents, storing receipts etc. He loved his IT consultancy job but the administration part was a burden. When he came to me to be coached his main goal was to organise himself better so all the boring aspects of his job were less painful. I encouraged him to think out of the box to come with the best options. Finally, he committed himself to do the administrative tasks for ten minutes everyday in the mid morning or the mid afternoon (depending on his consultancy jobs), for which he rewarded himself with a nice cup coffee or hot chocolate.
