What's the difference between Training and Coaching?
Training is directive; it means that I teach you what to do. For example; if you want to improve your study skills I train you in Mind Mapping techniques. If you want to be more positive I teach you appropriate positive thinking techniques which suit your lifestyle.
Coaching is non-directive. When I coach you I listen to you, ask you questions that promote your growth, self-discovery, self-awareness. I encourage you to set goals and achieve them in the time you planned to do so. I support you to move faster to the place you want to be.
