We spend our lives trying to be happy, but far too often, we don't actually stop and ask ourselves what exactly we mean by 'happiness'.

CASE STUDY: S was stressed and tired. Working part time as a receptionist, looking after her 8 month old and three year old daughters and having lots of sleepless nights was just too much. She attended the Happiness and Stress Management training sessions. I taught her some simple relaxation techniques and happiness tips. She now has new tools to cope better with every day hassles and challenges.

What if I'm not sure if coaching is right for me?

For a limited time only I am offering a free one hour session which includes an introduction to coaching, setting out what coaching is (and is not!) and the code of ethics, followed by a real coaching session.

This allows people with questions and doubts to have a no risk experience, to assess whether coaching is indeed the right thing for them.

How long will I need to have coaching for?

Of course it varies from individual to individual, and some may find a couple of sessions is enough to set them on the right track, while others may continue for extended periods. However a commonly recommended schedule is six weeks worth of hourly sessions.
